Welding Capacity: up to ~25 mm steel

Hose Length: ~4.5 m (15 ft.)

Gas Pressure Range:

Oxygen: ~200–3000 psi (regulated)

Acetylene: ~0–15 psi

(Values based on equivalent Harris/Victor-type outfits used as design standard)

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
Torch Handle & Cutting Attachment

Material: Forged brass body

Internal tubes: stainless steel

Reason: corrosion resistance + stable gas flow

Industrial outfits use brass + dual-tube stainless design for durability and proper gas mixing

Mixer (Gas Mixing Chamber)

Material: Brass / copper alloy

Design: Spiral or internal mixing chamber

Ensures correct oxygen–acetylene ratio

Welding & Cutting Tips (Nozzles)

Material:

Copper alloy (heat dissipation)

Brass (structural strength)

Precision-drilled orifices for flame control

Regulators (Oxygen & Acetylene)

Body: Forged brass

Diaphragm: Stainless steel or elastomer-reinforced

Gauges: Steel casing with glass lens

Internal parts: Brass valves + stainless springs

High-quality regulators include filters and encapsulated seats for durability

Hoses (Twin Line)

Material:

Inner: synthetic rubber (oil/gas resistant)

Reinforcement: braided fiber

Outer: abrasion-resistant rubber

Color Coding:

Red = Acetylene

Green = Oxygen

SUMMARY

The SKS welding and cutting outfit is a complete oxy-acetylene system built mainly from: Brass (torch, regulators), Copper alloys (tips), Steel (internal parts, tools), Rubber (hoses).

It follows the same engineering design as Harris/Victor-type outfits, offering portable, versatile, and high-temperature metalworking capability in one kit.
